Fulfillment & Processing
All our products are made-to-order especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because we create custom items on demand, it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you.
Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your product before it is shipped.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
Partial Shipments: If your order includes different types of items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped. Average transit times are:
USA: 3–5 business days.
International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and local customs).
Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order. If your product arrives damaged or if we made a mistake (mislabeled item or wrong size), we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Report: Contact us at support@auntmazie’s within 7 days of delivery.
Required Info: Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly with our printing partner.
No Returns for Buyer's Remorse or Sizing Errors
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Sizing: Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Address Errors: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
